VIRAL PRO SYSTEMS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1.1 Who we are
VIRAL PRO SYSTEMS (hereinafter, “VPS”, “we” or “the Company”) provides business strategy, digital marketing, digital presence, artificial intelligence and automation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through viralprosystems.com, our forms and other communications related to the site.
Party responsible for this policy: VIRAL PRO SYSTEMS, located in Los Angeles, California, United States, and privacy email info@viralprosystems.com.
1.2 Information we may collect
Depending on the interaction and the features actually enabled, we may receive: (a) name, phone number, email address and, in earlier requests, the company name or industry; (b) the content of inquiries, diagnostic requests, quote requests or meeting requests; (c) information you choose to share about your business needs; (d) technical browsing data, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and security logs; and (e) communication preferences and consent where applicable.
We do not ask you to send passwords, sensitive financial data or particularly delicate information through general forms. If any future feature requires other categories of data, we will update this policy before enabling it.
1.3 How we use the information
We use the information, as applicable, to respond to inquiries; organize meetings; assess business needs; prepare requested proposals; provide and administer contracted services; maintain the security and functionality of the site; improve the digital experience; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use form data to send unsolicited commercial or advertising communications.
1.4 Legal bases and preferences
We process information in accordance with the legal bases and rules applicable to each activity and jurisdiction. Where consent is required, we will request appropriate authorization and provide mechanisms to withdraw it. Submitting a contact form does not, by itself, imply unlimited authorization to receive advertising.
1.5 Providers and disclosure
We may share information with providers that help us operate the site, manage requests, host data, schedule meetings, analyze traffic or provide technology services, always to the extent necessary and subject to pertinent agreements or safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect legitimate rights or in connection with a permitted corporate transaction.
Providers verified as of this version: (a) Lovable, the platform with which the site is developed and on which it is currently hosted and served; (b) Lovable Cloud, the database infrastructure in which requests submitted through the contact form are stored, with access restricted to authorized VPS personnel. The site's typeface is served from the site itself, without connecting to third-party font services. The site does not currently use analytics, advertising, CRM, online scheduling, automated email delivery or artificial intelligence assistants for visitors. If providers for those functions are engaged or enabled in the future, they will be identified in this policy at the time they are added.
1.6 Artificial intelligence
If we use artificial intelligence tools to assist in responses, analysis or internal processes, we will assess what information is shared with providers and apply reasonable controls. Confidential or sensitive information should not be sent to an assistant or form unless we expressly state that it is designed to receive it. Before enabling chatbots or other public agents, we will update the corresponding notices according to their actual operation.
1.7 Retention and security
We retain data for the time reasonably necessary for the purposes described, to meet contractual and legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Specific periods depend on the type of information and the system used. As a general criterion, contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to address the inquiry and, where applicable, any resulting business relationship; information linked to contracted services is kept for the duration of the relationship and any additional time required by legal or accounting obligations or for the defense of claims. When information is no longer necessary for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your request by writing to info@viralprosystems.com; after reasonably verifying the request, we will delete it manually, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures; however, no transmission or storage system offers absolute security.
1.8 Your choices and rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, correct inaccurate data, or request its deletion where applicable, by writing to info@viralprosystems.com. Specific rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law.
California: Whether the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies depends on legal thresholds and each company's circumstances. This policy does not state that VPS is subject to the CCPA. Based on the site's current features, VPS does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not request sensitive personal information through the site. If VPS becomes subject to the CCPA or these practices change, the specific notice of categories, purposes, rights, request mechanisms and verification required by that law will be added.
1.9 Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use technologies necessary for its operation and, only if enabled, measurement, personalization or advertising tools. For details, see our Cookie Policy. Consent or rejection options will be configured according to the tools actually used and the applicable rules. “Do Not Track” signals: the site does not track visitors across third-party sites, so it does not change its operation in response to these browser signals.
1.10 External links and minors
External sites have their own policies, which we do not control. The site is aimed at businesses and professionals; it is not designed to deliberately collect information from children under 13.
1.11 Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish the current version with its update date and, where appropriate, provide additional notices. For inquiries: info@viralprosystems.com.
